Results: For the Deadlifts 185-205-215-225-240-265lbs. For the Metcon could only manage 2 rounds after my 2 week vacation and finished in 14:30. Should have scaled down the weight on the squats…
PM, 3.10.18: Deadlifts: 85/95/100/105/110/120kg. Metcon: 18:40 (with 20 cal row..), 2 rounds in 11:23.
