    PM, 20.10.20: I still don’t like front squats.. did back squats again: 100kg. Metcon 17:55 – it was hard again… (T2B & BS @35kg).

    PM, 9.9.20: to protect my wrist I switched to back- instead of front-squats (part 1 & 2). Back Squats 95kg. Metcon 18:46 – it was hard..
