Part 1 – Take 15 minutes and work up to a heavy
- 3 x Strict Press
Then EMOM for 18 minutes rotate through the following (6 rounds of each)
- Station 1 – 10 x Push Press @ 65-75% of part 1
- Station 2 – 10 x Kipping Pullups
- Station 3 – 10 x Heavy Kettlebell Swings @32kg
Results: Part 1 – 125lbs ( failed at 130lbs… I guess heavy is relative, still trying to catch up after my month off for the move). Metcon used 85lbs for the Push Press.
PM, 2.12.20: Part 1 55kg (only managed 1@60kg). Metcon @40kg for the Push Press.
