Power Cleans, BJs then Toes to Bar and Handstand Hold

This one is inspired by a WOD from CF New England.

For time

  • 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 x Power Cleans @ 110lbs

Between each round do

  • 15 x Box Jumps
  • 21 x Double Unders

Then 3 rounds of

  • 3 – 5 x Weighted Toes to Bar
  • Rest 15 Seconds
  • 30 second Handstand Hold
  • Rest 2 minutes

Results:  Metcon 22:51.  Thinking back, 150 box jumps and 210 double unders is a lot…

KBS, T2B, Man Makers and Reverse Lunges

For time complete all of the following.  The clock stops after the last T2B.

  • 30 x Kettlebell Swings

Immediately followed by 12 rounds of

  • 4 x Man Makers @ 14kg
  • 4 x Overhead Reverse Lunge with Dumbbell in Left Hand @ 14kg
  • 4 x Overhead Reverse Lunge with Dumbbell in Right Hand @ 14kg

Immediately followed by

  • 30 x Toes to Bar

Results:  23:46.

“Crossfit Total” (2018 Crossfit Games WOD Modified)

After a general warm up, begin with 3 rounds of the the following complex, start with an empty/light bar and increase weight per round.

  • 1 x Deadlift
  • 1 x Hang Clean
  • 1 x Strict Press
  • 1 x Back Squat
  • Repeat for a total of 3 consecutive sets

Then for the main WOD, the goal is to cycle through the three exercises to reach a 1RM of each.  Start each round fairly heavy so that for the 3 singles you are already close to the 1RM.  Every 2 minutes for 34 minutes (10 minutes per exercise)…

Results:  Back Squats 135-165-185-215-230lbs.  Strict Press 115-135-145-155 (failed)-150(failed).  Deadlift 185-225-255-275-295lbs.
