For total Kettlebell Swings do the following (inspired by another Invictus workout):

Results: 40/30/20 kettlebell swings for the first part. 1:57/2:03/2:07 for the second part.
For quality do 3 rounds of:
AMRAP in 10 minutes of (taken from CF Invictus):
Use 95lbs/43kg for weight. Any time the weight settles on the ground, more than just the touch and go for the deadlift, do 5 burpees.
Results: Used 18kg for TGUs. Plate walks went very well. For the AMRAP completed 27 rounds (first 10 rounds unbroken, then could only manage 3-5 rounds for the rest).
Take 15 – 20 minutes and work up to a heavy Clean and Jerk.
Part A – Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

Results: For the C&J got up to 150lbs (68kg). Part A did 3 rounds plus 48 reps. Part B did 2 rounds and 25 reps.
EMOM for 15 minutes rotate through the following stations (5 rounds per station)

Results: For the metcon did 3 rounds plus 17 reps. With foot on the 25lb plate, pistols worked very well (not sure if they are really that good on the knees though).
