Run 8k then L-Sit

For time run 8k.

Then EMOM for 5 minutes, hold 15 second L-Sit.

Results:  Run took 45 minutes even. HR max=177, ave=148.

  • 9 x Air Squats
  • 6 x Toes to Bar

Then AMRAP for 8 minutes:

  • Row 250m
  • 20 Reverse Lunges @ 20kg
  • 20 Situps
