Pike Lifts and Bench Press, then Musle Ups, Dips Run, T2B and Thrusters

  • 3 x Pike Lift
  • 6 x Pike Lift Pulses (feet don’t touch the ground)
  • Repeat 3 for 3 sets

Then 3 rounds of

  • 6 x Bench Press @ 10lbs over Bodyweight

Then 8 rounds of

  • 1 x Bar Muscle Up
  • 5 x Dips on Pullup Bar

Then accumulate

  • 20 x Jumping Bar Muscle Ups

Street Parking WOD from this week, every 10 minutes for 20 minutes for maximum Thrusters

  • Run 800m
  • 30 x Toes to Bar
  • Max Rep Odd Object Thrusters

Results: Done as shown. For the Muscle Up and Metcon went out to the Vita Parcour so I could integrate the run. Metcon 65 reps (my 800m was closer to 900-950m). Use a rock I found for the Thrusters.

Back Squats and Split Squats then T2B, Step Overs and Row

5 rounds to work up to a heavy

  • 3 x Back Squat

Then 3 rounds of

  • 5 x Rear Foot Elevated Split Squats @ 50% of above weight

Then the “Tripoli” WOD from Wodwell CF…

3 rounds for time

  • 18 x Toes to Bar
  • 30 x Dumbbell Box Step Overs @14kg per Hand (total)
  • 42 Calorie Row

Results: BackSquat 185-205-215-225lbs. Used 115lbs for the second part. Metcon 22:08.

Muscle Ups, Reverse Rows and Tricep Extensions then Row and T2B

  • 3 x Skin the Cat

Then accumulate

  • 20 x Ring Muscle Up from L-Sit on Floor (or work on Transitions)

Then 3 rounds of

  • 10 x TRX Reverse Rows
  • 10 x TRX Tricep Extensions

Then 4 rounds for time

  • 500m Row
  • 12 x Toes to Bar

Results: Metcon 13:15

Bench Press then Pullups, Dips, V-Ups

  • 6 x Bench Press @ 135lbs

Then EMOM for 20 minutes or until you cannot complete all reps in a round

  • 3 x Strict Pullups
  • 6 x Bar Dips
  • 12 x Alternating Single Leg V-Ups (total, 6 per leg)

Results: Stepped back on the Bench Press to work on form and to strengthen my shoulder which hurts when lifting heavy. ?Metconn 10 rounds plus 19 reps.

Strict Press then Pullups, DL and Burpees

Then 2 rounds of

  • 10 x TRX Tricep Extensions
  • 10 x Pushups

Then AMRAP in 12 minutes (WODwell’s “High Noon” WOD)…

  • 12 x Pullups
  • 9 x Deadlifts @ 185lbs
  • 6 x Burpees

Results: Strict Presses 115lbs. Metcon 5 rounds plus 9 reps.
