After moving to the Maine, the nearest Crossfit box ended up being 20 minutes away. I thought that was too far to go every day for a workout, so I built my own Box in my basement. I already had some equipment which I brought with me and purchased the rest when we moved into the new house. Moving back to Switzerland moved everything from the basement into a spare room in the apartment.

The Atlas rack allows for both pullups and toes to bar, strict and kipping. This is only because I am not very tall… even 1 inch taller and I would have issues with kipping.
