  • 8 x Alternating Single Hand Raised Pushups from Yoga block (r+l=1rep)
  • 5 x Cable Pulldowns @ 66lbs/30kg

Then for time 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

  • Ring/TRX Reverse Rows
  • Ring Dips

Results: Used 70kg for the Bench Press. Part 1 12/10-9/10-8/8 reps. Metcon 8:43.

Bench Press then HR Pushups and Row

4 rounds of

  • 4 x Bench Press @ same weight as last time

Then, for time, the Crossfit Mainsite WOD from today, 50-35-20 reps of

  • Hand Release Pushups
  • Row for Calories

Then as finisher, 3 rounds of

  • 30 second Handstand Hold
  • Rest 1 minute

Results: Used 185lbs/85kg for the Bench Press again. Last time broke the sets into 3+1, this time all 4 unbroken. Metcon 15:25.

Bench Press and DB Rows then Burpees and Sandbag Thrusters

  • 4 x Bench Press @ 5-10lbs heavier than last time

Then 3 rounds

  • Max Incline Dumbbell Bench Press @ 20kg per hand
  • Rest 30 seconds
  • Max Dumbbell Rows @ 20kg per hand
  • Rest 2 minutes

Then AMRAP in 15 minutes

  • 25 x Burpees
  • 25 x Sandbag Thrusters @ 20kg (Wall Balls @ 10kg)

Results: Used 185lbs for the Bench Press. Ended up doing 3 + 1. Part 2 18/20-15/20-14/20. Metcon 3 rounds plus 21 reps.

  • 150 x Pushups
  • Every time you break 5 x Strict Toes to Bar

Then finisher accumulate

Results: Used 175lbs/75kg for the Bench Press. Metcon 17:42, 15 rounds, kept it to 10 reps per round except in the first round (20) and last two rounds (8 and 2).

  • 6 x Bench Presss @ 10lbs heavier than last time

3 rounds of

  • 6 x Single Dumbbell Strict Press @ 18kg each side (do all on one side then immediately switch to the other)
  • Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP in 12 minutes of

  • 12 x Alternating Dumbbell Snatches @ 21kg (6 per side)
  • 12 x Ring Dips

Results: Used 165lbs/75kg for the Bench Press. Metcon 6 rounds plus 4 reps.
