Perform 5 rounds of the following alternating working one minute and resting one minute:

Round 1:

  • 5 Burpees
  • Max Reps Wall Balls

Round 2:

  • 8 Box Jumps
  • Max Reps Kettlebell Swings

Finally perform 100 Walking Lunges

  • 20 Medicine Ball Cleans @ 10kg
  • 15 Ring Dips
  • 10 Overhead Lunges per Leg @ 20kg
