Take 15 minutes and work up to a heavy

  • 3 x Deficit Dedadlift

Then 4 sets of

  • 12 x Snatch Grip Deadlift @ 50% of above weight

Then for time 20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 (10 rounds) of

  • Pushups
  • Kettlebell Swings @ 24kg
  • 200m Row between each round

Results: Deadlift 275lbs/125kg on a 4cm step. Used 135lbs for part 2. Metcon 19:11.

Pullups and a Chipper

3 rounds of

  • 10 x Strict Pullups

Then 3 rounds of

  • 10 x TRX Tricep Extensions
  • 10 x TRX Reverse Rows

AMRAP in 20 minutes

  • 24 x Alternating Dumbbell Snatch @ 20kg
  • 24 x Weighted Situps
  • 24 x Deadlift @ Body Weight (165lbs/75kg)
  • 24 x Pushups
  • 24 x Kettlebell Swings @ 24kg
  • 24 x Alternating Reverse Lunges @ 20kg per hand

Results: Was able to get all 10 Pullups for all 3 rounds, rested up to 3 minutes between. Metcon 2 rounds plus 6 reps.

Bench Press and Pullups then DUs, Deadlifts, Power Cleans and Push Press

5 rounds

  • 6 x Bench Press (increase weight per round)
  • Rest 30 seconds
  • 5 x Weighted Pullups @ 10kg
  • Rest 2 minutes

Then accumulate

  • 50 x Incline Bench Press @ 20kg

Then inspired by Street Parking’s Loki Vault WOD…

For time 3 rounds

  • 30 x Double Unders
  • 6 x Kettlebell Complexes of 1 x Deadlift, 1 x Power Clean, 1 x Front Squat @ 14kg per Hand

Rest 1 minute, then for time 2 rounds

  • 60 x Double Unders
  • 9 x Kettlebell Complexes of 1 x Deadlift, 1 x Power Clean, 1 x Front Squat @ 14kg per Hand

Rest 1 minute, then for time 1 round

  • 120 x Double Unders
  • 18 x Kettlebell Complexes of 1 x Deadlift, 1 x Power Clean, 1 x Front Squat @ 14kg per Hand

Results: Bench Press 140-150-155-160-165lbs. Metcon 3:51, 3:52, 4:11.

Core Work then Deadlifts and Toes to Bar

One round of

  • 10 x Single Leg V-Ups Left
  • 10 x Single Leg V-Ups Right
  • 10 x V-Ups
  • 10 x Laying Windshield Wipers (L+R is one rep)
  • 10 x Straight Leg Situp
  • 10 x Pike Lifts

Then every 2 minutes for 10 minutes work up to a heavy

  • 3 x Deadlift

Then 90 seconds work, 30 seconds rest, over 6 rounds

  • 24-20-16-12-8-4 x Deadlifts @ 65% from above
  • Max Reps x Strict Toes to Bar in remaining time

Results: Deadlifts 185-215-235-255-275-285lbs/130kg. Metcon used 185lbs, 11-5-5-5-6-13 reps (45 reps total)… super hard, especially the first 3 rounds.
