Then 3 rounds of
- Max Seated Dumbbell Press @ 14kg per hand
- Rest 2 minute
Results: Got a 10 second and then a 15 second freestanding Handstand. Strict Presses 10x20kg-10x30kg-10x40kg-8x43kg-8x45kg. Seated DB Press 14-12-10 reps.
