Handstand Work then Pullups, OH Lunges and Snatches

Take 10 minutes and practice kick to handstand.

EMOM for 10 minutes

  • Even Minute – 30 second Handstand Hold
  • Odd Minute – 3 x Plate Walks

For time

  • 20 x Pullups
  • 15 x OH Walking Lunges (total) with 45lbs Plate
  • 10 x Hanging Snatches @ 80lbs
  • 15x OH Walking Lunges
  • 20 x Pullups

Results:  For the metcon 5:14.

Bench Press and Lunges then 2016 Team Series Event 2 WOD (scaled)

Do 5 rounds of

  • 5 x Bench Press @ 165lbs
  • Rest 20 seconds
  • 15m/50ft Walking Lunges @ 21kg per hand
  • Rest 2 minutes

Then AMRAP in 12 minutes of

  • 100 x Double Unders
  • 25 x Toes to Bar
  • 25 x Deadlifts @ 185lbs
  • 50 x Box Jump Overs

Results:  Nice workout.  For the AMRAP double unders were working so ended up with 1 round plus 112 reps.

Barbell Rows and Plate Walks then OH Lunges, T2B and DUs

Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes do

  • 5 x Barbell Rows increasing weight each round
  • 3 x Plate Walks on 25lbs plate

Then do 4 rounds for time of

  • 50ft Barbell Overhead Walking Lunge @ 65lbs
  • 10 x Toes to Bar
  • 50 x Double Unders

Results:  For the Rows used, 75/95/105/115/125/135lbs. For the metcon 12:22.

Deadlifts then V-Ups, Walking Lunges and Pushups

Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes do

  • 3 -5 x Deadlift

For time do 3 rounds of

  • 25 x V-Ups
  • 50ft Walking Lunges with Dumbbells @ 20kg per hand
  • 25 x Pushups
  • 50ft Walking Lunges with Dumbbells @ 20kg per hand

Results:  For the Deadlifts did 135/185/225/255/275 lbs.  For the metcon 14:30.
