Pushups, DB Cleans and DB Front Squats

For time to complete all 3 parts…

3 rounds of

  • 15 x Pushups
  • 10 x Dumbbell Power Clean @ 16kg

Rest 1 minute, then 3 rounds of

  • 15 x Pushups
  • 10 x Dumbbell Front Squats @ 16kg

Rest 1 minute, then 3 rounds of

  • 15 x Pushups
  • 10 x Dumbbell Squat Cleans @ 16kg

Results: 13:42. Seemed too easy based on what the targets are … should have gone with18kg(Rx).

Row, Pullups, Pushups and Air Squats

Post holiday recovery… started with a long mobility session then

Cash in with

  • Row 1k

Immediately followed by, EMOM for 6 minutes

  • 5 x Pullups
  • 10 x Pushups
  • 15 x Air Squats

Immediately followed by

  • Row 1k

Finisher 5 rounds of

  • 5 x Hanging Pike Leg Lifts

Results: Total time for the Rowing plus the EMOM 15:24.

Back Squats and Pullups then Bike

5 rounds

  • 12 x Back Squat @ 65% of 1RM (5% heavier than last time)
  • 5-6 x L-Sit Pullups

Then 3 rounds for time of

  • 10 x TRX Russian Pushups
  • 20 x Close Grip Bent Rows @ 65lbs

Then because it is warm enough…

  • Bike 20-30k

Results: Used 170lbs/77kg for the Back Squats. Metcon 5:39.

Bench Press and Pushups then Situps, KB Swings and Row

4 rounds of

  • 4 x Bench Press @ 90-95% of 3RM

Then 2 rounds of

  • 10 x Single TRX Pushups Left (one hand on TRX other hand on floor, TRX about a hand’s length from floor)
  • 10 x Single TRX Pushups Right

Then 3 rounds for time of

  • 30 x Abmat Situps
  • 30 x Kettlebell Swings @ 32kg
  • 30 Cal Row

Results: Used 185lbs/84kg for the Bench Press. Metcon 16:42.

Squats and Pullups then Row, Step Ups and Pushups

4 rounds

  • 3 x Front Squat @ 85% of 1RM
  • 6 x Back Squat @ same weight as above
  • 10 x Strict Pullups
  • Rest 2 minutes

Then AMRAP in 15 minutes

  • Row 500m
  • 10 x Dumbbell Box Step Ups @ 16kg per hand (r+l=1 rep)
  • 15 x Pushups

Results: Used 185lbs/84kg for the Squats. Broke up last set of pullups into 8+1+1. Metcon 3 rounds plus 87 meters.
