For form do 3 rounds of
- 3 x Pause Back Squats (5 sec pause at bottom) @ 125lbs
Then EMOM for 16 minutes (8 sets of each)
- Even minute – 15 second L-Sit
- Odd minute – 3 x Split Squats @ 95lbs
Results: Happy enough with my back squat, still had some impingement in my hip flexors.
