- 20 x Alternating DB Cleans
- 20 x V-Ups
- 20 x Alternating DB Overhead Lunges (10 with left overhead, 10 with right)
Use only on DB for the whole workout.
Results: 3 rounds plus 10 reps.

Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes alternate between the two stations
Then for time
Then 3 rounds of 30 seconds work / 30 seconds rest (9 minutes total) of
Results: Used 50lbs dumbbells for the bench and rows. Metcon 19:27.
Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes (3 rounds)
Every 3 minutes for 9 minutes (3 rounds)
Then “Chirstine”, 3 rounds for time of
Results: Bench Press 165-185-190lbs. Could only manage 4 reps at 190). Christine 14:43 (4:06/5:07/5:30).
Wasn’t excited about the workout in the program, so decided to make my own.
Deadlift
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
Then “The Chief” with Pullups. Against a 3 minute running clock AMRAP of
Repeat for a total of 5 sets, picking up where you left off for each. Rest 60 seconds between sets.
Three sets of
Results: Deadlifts 135-155-205-195-220-240-255-275. Metcon 22 rounds plus 2 Pullups.
Travelling this week, so this short Streetparking WOD which was posted on Instagram was a good choice. I modified it slightly since I didn’t have any rope to do Double Unders (Rx had 100 DUs instead of the run).
