Pullups and Pushups then Row, S2OH and Devil Press

EMOM for 20 minutes

  • 2 x Weighted Ring Pullup
  • 3-5 x Weighted Pushup

Then AMRAP in 12 minutes

  • 21 Calorie Row
  • 15 x Dumbbell Strict Press @ 14kg
  • 9 x Devil Press @ 14kg

Results: Used a 10kg weight vest for the pullups and pushups. Metcon 3 rounds plus 10 cal.

Weighted Pullups and Dips then a 30/30 TRX Complex

3 rounds of

  • 6 x Weighted Pullup @ 10kg
  • Rest 1 minute
  • 8 x Weighted Dips @ 10kg
  • Rest 2 minutes

Then immediately following the last rest do one round of

  • 6 x Strict Pullups
  • Rest 1 min
  • 8 x Dips

Then 5 rounds of 30 second work, 30 second rest (25 minutes total)

  • TRX Pike Press
  • TRX Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat Left
  • TRX Pushup
  • TRX RFE Split Squat Right
  • TRX Tricep Extensions

Keep the TRX Straps at the same length throughout.

Results: I didn’t count the TRX stuff so just do it as best as possible. I kept the handles of the TRX at around knee high. For the split squats, I put my foot through both loops otherwise the strap dropped too low. Heavy TRICEP workout.

Front Squats and Pullups then Goblet Squats, V-Ups and TRX Reverse Rows

5 rounds of

  • 6 x Front Squat
  • Rest 30 seconds
  • 3-5 x Weighted Pullups @ 10kg
  • Rest 2 minutes

Then AMRAP in 12 minutes

  • 20 x Goblet Squats @ 24kg
  • 15 x V-Ups
  • 10 x Ring / TRX Reverse Rows

Results: Front Squats 135-155-165-170-175lbs/79.5kg.. Metcon 4 rounds plus 5 reps

Pull then Push then Situps

Just messing around and building a little bit of upper body strength.

3 rounds

  • 5 x Upright Rows @ 75lbs
  • 5 x TRX Reverse Rows with 10kg weight vest
  • 5 x Weighted Strict Pullups with 10kg weight vest
  • Rest 2 minutes

Then 3 rounds

  • 5-8 x Dips @ Bodyweight
  • 5 x Weighted Pushups with 10kg vest
  • 5 x Strict Press @ 95lbs
  • Rest 2 minutes

Then

30 x Barbell Situps

Results: Completed as shown. Had to do singles for the weighted pullups.

Pullups and Knee Raises then Burpees, C&J and Thrusters

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes

  • 3-5 x Weighted Pullups
  • 6-8 x Weighted Knee Raises / Knees to Waist

For the knee raises put the weight between my feet, then hanging from the pullup bar lifted until knees were parallel to my waist.

Then the Street Parking Instagram WOD from June 23.

AMRAP in 18 minutes of

  • 5 x Lateral Burpees Over the Dumbbells
  • 5 x Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerk @ 14kg per Hand
  • 5 x Lateral Burpees Over the Dumbbells
  • 5 x Dumbbell Thrusters @ 14kg per Hand

Results: Metcon 8 rounds plus 4 reps. Used heavier weight since there were only 5 reps per movement. Target was 8 rounds so seems like I picked right.
